With decades of experience, disciplined operations, and sound decision making, safety is deeply woven into our legacy. From flight crews to maintenance technicians and support staff, every team member plays a critical role in upholding the highest safety standards. Empowered and accountable, our people are fully committed and united by a shared purpose:

Flight Crew Excellence

Flight Crew Excellence

Only the most qualified aviators fly with us. Every pilot holds a current FAA license, medical certificate, and type rating for the aircraft they operate.

But that’s just the start. Our flight crews are required to meet the stringent requirements set by independent bodies such as ARGUS and WYVERN.

  • Two-Pilot Protocol: Every charter flight is operated with two fully qualified pilots—no exceptions.
  • Continuous Proficiency Checks: Pilot proficiency checks every 12 months. Instrument proficiency every 6.
  • Type-Specific Training: Ongoing simulator and real-world training tailored to each aircraft model.
Airport & Environmental Oversight

Airport & Environmental Oversight

No variable is too small to monitor. Our Flight Operations team conducts thorough pre-flight assessments of every airport, FBO, and route.

Pilots play an active role in maintaining situational awareness by sharing real-time insights to inform operational decisions for every flight.

  • Our team ensures that every facet of the operation, from initial planning through to post-flight debriefs, aligns with our high safety standards.
  • Flights are never dispatched unless all environment and equipment checks meet or exceed operational standards.
Maintenance Beyond the Manual

Maintenance Beyond the Manual

Our aircraft are meticulously maintained by certified, factory-trained technicians with decades of experience.

We perform rigorous checks well beyond mandated intervals to ensure every system, component, and backup is performing flawlessly.

  • On-site, full-time maintenance crews
  • Predictive maintenance powered by data and real-time diagnostics
  • Strict internal maintenance protocols for every aircraft and component

SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Our Safety Management System (SMS) is founded upon Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) industry best practices, International Civil Aviation Organization standards, and the guiding principles of Gold Aviation Services and Dolphin Atlantic to encompass a comprehensive, formalized approach to managing safety.

We incorporate the four functional components of SMS to deliver a proactive and predictive Safety Program that is committed to continuous development & improvement.

Safety Policy

Safety Policy

Senior management’s commitment to continuous safety improvement is established through the Safety Management System (SMS), which defines the processes and organizational structure needed to achieve safety goals. This includes setting safety objectives and ensuring transparency in safety management. The policy is documented, and an employee reporting and resolution system ensures accountability at all levels.

The approach builds on existing processes and procedures, fostering communication and cooperation throughout the organization.

Safety Risk Management

Safety Risk Management

Safety Risk Management (SRM) involves several key components, including system and task analysis, hazard identification, risk assessment and analysis, and the implementation of risk controls. It identifies the need for new or updated risk controls by evaluating the acceptability of risks.

SRM takes a proactive approach to prevent incidents by integrating risk management into daily operations. This continuous process helps ensure ongoing improvements in safety performance.

Safety Promotion

Safety Promotion

Our Safety Culture reflects how safety is seen, valued, and prioritized by our employees and our management team. The Safety Management System (SMS) includes training, communication, and other actions aimed at creating a positive safety culture at all levels of the workforce.

Safety promotion activities within the SMS framework involve providing SMS training, advocating for and strengthening a positive safety culture, and enhancing system and safety communication and awareness. Everyone is encouraged to play a role in promoting safety.

Safety Assurance

Safety Assurance

Safety Assurance (SA) involves system assessment, data analysis, information acquisition, and the continuous monitoring and feedback of the Safety Management System (SMS). It provides the processes needed to ensure that the SMS is effectively meeting safety objectives and that the risk controls developed under Safety Risk Management are performing as intended.

Safety Assurance also ensures compliance with SMS requirements, FAA orders, standards, policies, and directives. It supports information acquisition through audits, evaluations, and employee reporting, while also offering insight and analysis to proactively identify new hazards and minimize risk.
