Job Summary

Under the direction of a collaborative team of the Director of Maintenance and Maintenance Shift Supervisor, the aircraft technicians responsible for inspecting, repairing, testing and maintaining airframe and powerplant components on fleet aircraft including other primary aircraft functions in accordance with standards set by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Our new technician will be responsible for the maintenance and preventive maintenance of the fleet aircraft, components and equipment and will be responsible for approving return to service of inspections and repairs.

Requirements & Experience

High School graduate or equivalent, or any combination of education and experience that enables one to perform the job functions.
Must hold a valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic license or be in final training phase and have adequate training and basic experience.
Previous experience on GA Turbine powered Aircraft a plus.
Perform a minimum of eighty (80) hours per two week period. This is a full time position.
Coordinate all activities and complete all work required/assigned by D.O.M., Shift Supervisor.
Must possess basic hand tools.

Job Summary

Requirements & Experience

Total Flight Time: Minimum of 4,000 hours of total flight time.
Turbine Time: Minimum of 1000 hours operating a turbine-powered aircraft.
PIC Time: Minimum of 1,000 hours as pilot in command.
Fixed-Wing: Minimum of 2,000 hours operating a fixed-wing aircraft.
Type Ratings: Hold appropriate type rating for the Embraer Praetor EMB-550. Gold Aviation is willing to type the right candidate.
Pilot Certificate: Must hold a valid FAA ATP certificate with multi-engine rating.
Medical Certificate: Must hold a valid FAA First Class Medical certificate.
Radio Operators Permit: Must hold a valid FCC Restricted Radio Operator’s Permit.
Education: Associate degree preferred but not required.
Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge and adherence to FAA regulations and Gold Aviation’s operational policies.
International Experience: Experience flying internationally and familiarity with international flight operations, including knowledge of international regulations and procedures.
Legal Right to Work: Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Ability to Travel Internationally: Must possess a valid passport and have the ability to travel internationally without restrictions.
Flexibility: Must be able to work varying hours including day and night; weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Must be extremely flexible and have the ability to adjust to rapid changes.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with passengers and crew.
Language: Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language.
Safety Orientation: Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols at all times.
Decision Making: Demonstrated ability to make effective decisions under pressure and in varying operational conditions.

Flight Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

Coordinate customer requests, including but not limited to catering, ground transportation, flight following.
Effectively plan and release aircraft crews ensuring all trip details are covered: best fuel pricing, international and customs arrangements, airport and facilities suitable for arrival.
Guarantee that each flight can be safely conducted and that all activities follow FAA and company operations specifications.
Coordinate, schedule, and plan all flights to allow the efficient use of the aircraft and minimize the number of repositioning flights. Heavy telephone interface with clients and industry contacts.

Job Summary

The Accounting Associate will be responsible for assisting with a variety of accounting tasks, including:

Accounts Payable: Processing invoices, verifying accuracy, and making payments.
Accounts Receivable: Preparing invoices, tracking payments, and resolving discrepancies.
General Ledger: Maintaining accurate records, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements.
Bank Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements with company records.

Mechanic A&P

Job Summary

Requirements & Experience

High School graduate or equivalent, or any combination of education and experience that enables one to perform the job functions.
Must hold a valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic license or be in final training phase and have adequate training and basic experience.
Previous experience on GA Turbine powered Aircraft a plus.
Perform a minimum of eighty (80) hours per two week period. This is a full time position.
Coordinate all activities and complete all work required/assigned by D.O.M., Shift Supervisor.
Must possess basic hand tools.

Ability to read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and specifications to determine feasibility and methods of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components. Attention to detail and accuracy to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and regulations.
Able to exercise good judgment in working with people in a team environment as well as in aircraft maintenance and safety.
General knowledge of maintenance federal regulations.
Knowledge of machines and tools, including their design, uses, repair and maintenance.
Must be able to read, understand, and interpret instructions and information using the English language.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule which may occasionally include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime as assigned.
May be required to travel for A.O.G. trips.
Perform additional functions which may be assigned from time to time.
Assure completeness of all assign work documents and records and assist in the cleanup of the maintenance work area.

Special Skills Required

Must demonstrate the maturity, judgment and analytical ability to perform all aspects of aircraft maintenance and preventive maintenance on fleet/lease and customer aircraft.
Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations as they relate to aircraft maintenance.
